The Cybersecurity community still faces millions of unfilled positions globally and the representation of women in the field is still a small fraction of that in the workplace in general. This session will examine if the improved numbers are meaningful, what we should be doing different and what each of us can do today to help bring more of the working population to look at cyber security as a career field.
